Villa 'M' in Korakiá - Lipsi

It's a villa in four separate volumes that communicate externally. The whole complex is built in a plot of land of 4.000 m2 on the beach of Korakiá in Lipsi, with a breathtaking view over the bay and the open sea. It is also used as a rental villa per week.

It was built in 2009-2010, in the upper part of the plot, in six levels, all communicating through terraces and stairs. The central volume consists in two bedrooms with living room and open plan kitchen/dining room and a laundry/storage space in the back. The property also has a studio with a bathroom and two more independent rooms with their on suite bathrooms. Within the plot we have created a road leading to the beach and a stone-paved path that leads to a 'belvedere' with a pergola and sitting area. On the main terrace of the house we had the idea to create a small Jacuzzi like pool with a breathtaking view of the open sea, for the hot days and nights.
