Neoclassical House in Platanos - Leros

It is a three storey luxurious house dated to the second half of 19th century. As it passed to a new owner, it was assigned Domon-architects and Habit for the restoration project in 1999.

Our challenge was to preserve all the original features of this typical manor house of the 18th century, frescoes included, and in the same time provide the new owner with all today's comforts and facilities. The basement (which was the service stuff's residence) was turned into a two-bedroom apartment and in the two remaining floors the main residence was restored.
