Psilalonia

A ground floor residence in seven levels. It consists of a main house and three spacious and charming studios to let. The residence is situated in a rural area (Drymonas) of Leros. There was a pre-existing little rural house that was restored and expanded (300 m2 in total).

The entire property is built in stone and in the traditional. The project was realized in the years 1995-96. We preserved the old little house, as well as the sheepfold construction and we transformed them into the living room adding bedrooms, bathrooms and new living spaces. Below the main house we constructed a building of three charming studios to let. We preserved also many of the rural environment, like the two threshing floors which gave the name to this farm house. The result is a very agreeable and cozy ambience, in the main house as well as in the rented studios.
