Habit offers a complete proposal in the highly demanding field of Real Estate market in North Dodecanese islands, and other selected parts of Greece, depending on the needs of our customers and the general profit opportunities in this market. With the constructions and consulting company "Domon Architects", that is the second firm of our little group, we may give the final and meaning solution to an investment in estate.

Our history
The owner and the coworkers of Habit and Domon have a 20 year old experience
in supplying real estate & construction services, when they actually
came into the picture; full services in residences - such as study,
supervision and construction - and in special constructions - such as
hotel units, monument and memorial reconstructions and other classic and
traditional-style buildings. During this period, not only the need for
customer guidance became obvious but also the guidance in every kind of
investment, as far as it concerns the set of tasks in any constructional
project from scratch. In order to make an investment successful or not,
the factor that should be taken into consideration is the right guidance;
the accurate choice of place, suitable means of funding, precise use and
promotion are elements which determine investment success more than the
effectuation itself.
Principally we found out that the majority of our
customers had experienced appalling consequences due to wrong decisions,
inappropriate partnerships, waste of time in bureaucracy or even
disclaiming responsibilities of all individuals who took part during the
whole process. The final result was only a small part of the initial
target. Thus, although without any infrastructure or experience, we
decided to put everything together by centralizing all necessary
activities in order to put such investments into successful orbit.
Immediately we comprehended that this is not an amateurs' job and that is
necessary not only to have essential infrastructure but mostly needs
strategy, task division and cautious surveillance during project
implementation in order to take full advantage of all potential benefits.
Taking into account all the above, these twofold companies were created
with common mission the management, implementation and control of every
development by offering a wide range of services, starting with research,
negotiation and purchase and carrying out until insurance and maintenance.
Each one of these interconnected companies has its own presence
separately, in Real Estate and Constructional industry depending on the
nature of the product or service they supply or the audience that they

Our Staff
The owners and our associates have been well educated and trained through technical studies.
Moreover, their experience throughout these years has asset them with the
professional experience to deal lucratively with all
clients.
Director manager (and owner) is Stavros Tselemegos.
He has graduated from Florence University as an Architect
Engineer, and expanded his knowledge in University of Rome by specializing
in monument restoration with a master's degree. Except for Italy, he
lived for periods of time in France and Spain where he had also worked in
selective constructions. In addition, he has worked in Athens, Mykonos and
Northern Dodecanese (Leros, Patmos, Lipsoi, Kalymnos, and Agathonisi). He
owns also the architectural and constructional company "Domon Architects" based on Leros and trades
in all Northern Dodecanese. He is also a contractor and house-builder for
constructional projects and exterior design. He speaks English, French,
Spanish, Italian and Greek. He decided
to inhabit and trade in the complex of Northern Dodecanese,
having as a base an island with a remarkable historical background and
natural beauty, the island of Leros. Leros has proved to be a successful choice so far,
since it provides high quality of life and high work standards in
relation to metropolitan places either in Greece or in Europe.
