Traditional stone house with wonderful views

A traditional stone house, overlooking the open sea and other islands, in need of restoration. This is a charming island house, characteristic of the middle of the last century, which has undergone various changes during the years, from the former owners, and in this moment is as they left it some years ago. It needs restoration in order to give back to the house its former traditional characteristics and remove unsuccessful interventions.

It is located at one of the highest points of the island, just below the Castle of Panteli, giving it some of the best views over Panteli bay, the square of Platanos and towards the port of Aria Marina, with both sunrise and sunset views. It is accessible by municipal road and also steps that lead down to the picturesque square where you have access to all kinds of amenities. From the steps it is also just a short walk to Panteli beach where you will find cafes and restaurants by the water.
