Комплекс Зигурис в Рачи-Лерос

It is a complex of two residences. One is the main house and the other is a rental house during the touristic season. They are in a plot of land of 12.000 m2, with a breathtaking view overlooking the two bays of Gourna and Alinda.

They are entirely built in the traditional way, in stone, with wooden ceilings and wooden floors. We realized them in 2002. The main house consists in a big living-room communicating with the dining area and the kitchen and two big bedrooms with on suite bathrooms in each. It has two verandas, both with a magnificent view to the sea and a breathtaking sunset, they are strategically place in such a way that no matter where the wind comes from you are always sheltered. The rental house consists in an open plan living-room with dining area, a small kitchenette and two bedrooms with on suite bathroom.
