It's a house with two studios in a complex of two residences. The main house is the owners' residence and the studios are for guests. The whole complex is built in a plot of land of 1.000 m2, with a breathtaking view overlooking the Pandeli bay, as well the open sea and other islands.

It was built in 2012-2013 on the upper part of a plot with on a steep slope. The main house consists in two bedrooms with on suite bathroom, kitchen, open plan living and dining room, a big veranda and a big open space dining terrace with a breathtaking view. There are two studios for guests with on suite bathroom and a small kitchenette, as well a garage with storage space. The whole complex is also rented for visitors when the owners are away.
