In order to undertake selling the property several documents are needed

1. A photocopy of the property title
2. Land plan
3. Ground and floor plans of buildings
4. Construction Permit of buildings
5. Delegation command - where the price, negotiation and agreed brokerage (either as percentage or as a fixed amount, plus 17% VAT) are signed.
